JUDGMENT :

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against the order dated. 21.12.2021 in I.A. No. 758 of 2021 in O.S. No. 158 of 2021 on the file of XVI Additional district and sessions judge cum Addl. Family Court Ranga Reddy district at Malkajgiri.
2. The Appellants herein are respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in the underlying Interlocutory Application and defendant Nos.1 and 2 in the O.S. No. 158 of 2021 filed by the respondent no.1 to 3 herein as plaintiff for perpetual injunction.
