Heard Mr. K. Venumadhav, learned counsel for petitioner/accused and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.1-State.
2. This petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘CrPC’) for quashment of charge sheet in Sessions Case No.70 of 2020 on the file of the Additional Senior Civil Judge-cum-Assistant Sessions Judge, Bhongir.
3. The petitioner is arrayed as an accused for the offence under Section 306 of the INDIAN PENAL CODE ,1860 (for short, ‘IPC’).
4. The relevant facts in brief are that on 15.05.2019 one Enugu Linga Reddy/de
