1. Heard Shri Alok Kumar Sharma, learned counsel and Ms. Nishi Sengar, learned counsel on behalf of the petitioners, Shri Shashi Prakash Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State- respondents and Shri Birendra Kaushik, learned counsel for the BSA, Aligarh.
2. The petitioners seek to assail the appointments of the teachers in primary schools and junior high school of committee of management, Janta Junior High School, Prempur, Tappal, District Aligarh.
3. Service matters related to appointments of teachers in primary schools and junior high schools are regulated by statutory provisions. There are specific statutory authorities and procedures laid out thereunder to make appointments.
4. The petitioner No.1 and petitioner No.2 claim to be Ex-Manager and ex-teacher of the institution respectively. The authorities to oversee the process of recruitment and appointments and to deal with complaints or deviation thereunder are also prescribed under the law. The petitioners are not connected with the process of appointment of teachers. They claim be Ex-Manager and Ex-Teacher of the institution respectively. Save the bald averments of the petitioners
