In compliance with the order dated 16.04.2025, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Soraon, Prayagraj has filed an affidavit dated 05.05.2025, the material part whereof reads :

4- That it is Most Respectfully submitted that against the illegal occupants over the Gatas in question, the proceedings against the encroachers initiated under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code , 2006 in the Court of the Assistant Collector/Tehsildar, Soraon, District-Prayagraj, which have been registered and further dates are fixed, however, for a ready reference of this Hon'ble Court, details of the cases against the encroachers with case numbers instituted against them and the next date fixed are being disclosed by means of the following tables:-
