1. Since these criminal appeals have been filed against the same judgment and order and have been heard together, therefore, the same are being decided by this judgment.

2. These criminal appeals have been preferred by the accused appellants against the judgment and order dated 04.04.2011 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bijnor in Session Trial No. 174 of 2003 (State vs. Brijesh Chaudhari and others), arising out of case crime No. 186 of 2003, convicting and sentencing the appellants for the offence punishable under S.302/34 IPC to undergo life imprisonment and a fine of Rs. 10,000/- each, for the offence punishable under S.201 IPC to undergo three years' rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs. 5,000/- each with default stipulation, for the offence punishable under S.394 IPC to undergo seven years' rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs. 10000/- each with default stipulation and for the offence under S.411 IPC to undergo one year's rigorous imprisonment. All the sentences were directed to run concurrently.
