The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 82 of 2026, under Sections 61(2) BNS and Section 3/5/8 of Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of the Animal Cruelty Act, registered at Police Station Nahtaur, District Bijnor during pendency of the trial.
