This C.R.P. is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 10.05.2024 in I.A.No.1296/2024 in FCOP No.672/2024 passed by the Court of Family Judge at Visakhapatnam under Order 38 Rule 5 CPC attaching the account Nos.30041976876 and 30615395555 of the 1st petitioner herein maintained with SBI, Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioners Sri V.V.Ravi Prasad. 3. Referring to the prayer portion of the FCOP No.672/2024, learned counsel for petitioners would submit that the respondents 1 to 3 herein apart from seeking the declaration of marriage of the 1st respondent herein with the 4th respondent herein annulled, sought for a direction for the payment of Rs.2,10,00,000/- in all, i.e., damages of Rs.50,00,000/-; recovery of educational expenses of the 1st respondent herein of Rs.60,00,000/-; recovery of Rs.50,00,000/- towards marriage expenses; and Rs.50,00,000/- towards permanent alimony, totaling Rs.2,10,00,000/- (Rupees Two crores and ten lakhs only), though she is not entitled to any of the monitory reliefs on factual grounds.

(a) Learned counsel while particularly referring to the claim of Rs.60,00,000/-, would argue tha
