2. The above writ petitions are filed to declare the alleged tailor-made tender conditions prescribed in the impugned tender Notice No.RFx No.610001880 dated 17.02.2025 issued by respondent No.1, as illegal, arbitrary and a violation of Articles 14 and 19(1) (g) of the Constitution of India .

The petitioners are reputed engineering companies with good experience in civil contracts, ash and coal transport. The petitioners undertook various works under the Government Organization / PSUs.
