Since the subject matter in the above writ petitions is the same, they are disposed of by this common order.
2. The above writ petitions are filed to declare the alleged tailor-made tender conditions prescribed in the impugned tender Notice No.RFx No.610001880 dated 17.02.2025 issued by respondent No.1, as illegal, arbitrary and a violation of Articles 14 and 19(1) (g) of the Constitution of India .
