ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:-

"… to issue a Writ or Direction or order, one more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in declaring me as not qualified in respect of the procurement and supply of eggs to all schools and Anganwadi Centres in NTR District under Dokka Seethamma Madhyahna Badi Bhojanam and Bala Sanjeevani Schemes for the year 2024-25, without assigning any reasons, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional, and also contrary to the eligibility and qualification of the bidder as indicated in e- Procurement notice NIT No.13/2024 dated 27.09.2024 and consequently to direct the Respondents to evaluate the price bid of the Petitioner along with other competitive bidders to decide the successful bidder and to pass such other order.…."

Precisely, the Writ Petition is filed for direction or order one, more particularly, in the nature of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in declaring the petitioner as not qualified in respect of the procurement and supply of eggs to all schools and Anganwadi Centers in N.T.R.District under Dokk
