1. Pursuant to the order dated 6th November, 2025, the Municipal authorities have filed a detailed report in respect of the six premises in respect whereof illegal constructions have been complained of. As per the aforesaid report, it would transpire that the municipal authorities have detected illegal construction

in respect of four several premises as per the following particulars:-

a. 168/P, Keshab Chandra Sen Street, Ward-37, Borough-V

b. 8
