ORDER

Hon’ble Mr. Rajinder Kashyap, Member (A):

By way of the present OA filed u/s 19 of the AT Act, 1985, the applicant in para 8 of the OA has prayed for the following reliefs: -

“A. A. that Hon’ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to pass an appropriate Direction/s or Order/s, thereby, directing the Respondents (Secretary/ Railway Board, Ministry of Railways; General Manager Northern Railway and Chief Workshop Manager, Mechanical Workshop Amritsar, to grant Notional Increment to both the Applicants who superannuated on 31.12.2023 and whose increment was due on 1st Jan. 2024 (one day after their Superannuation on 31st Dec. 2023) for the Pension and other Pensionary Benefits (like enhanced Pension, enhanced Gratuity, enhanced.

Leave- Encashment and Commutation Amount of Pension) as both the Applicants had completed one full year of Service with good conduct on 31st Dec 2023 [(from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023]-one full year.

B. Any other relief which the Hon’ble Tribunal deem fit, proper and appropriate may also be granted to the Applicants along with the costs of litigation.”
