1. The instant petition has been filed by ld. counsel for the applicant seeking following relief:
i) Quashing the order No.ERO/D/52/2025-26/53-56 dated 17-06-2025 so far as it pertains to the applicant by virtue of which the applicant has been appointed as a Booth Level Officer, Polling Station, 07 Bagla in place of Mr. Bilal Ahmad in violation of Section 27 of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act (RTE), 2009.
ii) direct the respondents to exempt the applicant from BLO Duty so as to enable the applicant to perform his duties in UPS Kalihand without taking interruption.
iii) direct the respondents to accord consideration to the representation of the applicant for exception from BLO Duty.
iv) Any other order which this Hon’ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper may also be passed in favour of the applicant and against the respondents.
