1. The instant petition has been filed by ld. counsel for the applicant seeking following relief:
a) quashment of the impugned Order No. 01-CEOP of 2025 dated 18.08.2025 issued by the respondent No.3 so far it pertains to applicant by virtue of which the applicant (Teacher) designated as BLO falling at Srl. No. 316 has been transferred illegally, arbitrarily and without obtaining the prior permission of the respondent No. 5 from Middle School Devita to High School Kotan, Poonch as his transfer is purely falling within the preview of respondent No.5 as per the directions of the Chief Election Commission of India. b) Further, the respondents particularly respondent No. 3 & 4 be directed to allow the applicant to work at his present place of posting i.e. in Middle School Devita prior to passing of impugned Order.
