O R D E R
The instant Original Application has been filed by the applicant under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act , 1985 making therein following prayers: -
“i. Quashing the order No. CEOR/NG/14953-60 dated
18-08-2025 so far as it pertains to the applicant issued by the respondent No.3 whereby the applicant has been transferred from Govt. Primary School, Bassan Zone Thannamandi District Rajouri to High School Markanar in violation of the Govt. order No.103- JK (Edu) of 2023 dated 24-04-2023 pursuant to which transfer policy for employees of School Education Department was notified;
ii. direct the respondents to allow the applicant to continue at his present place of posting ie. Govt. Primary School, Bassan Zone Thannamandi District Rajouri uninterruptedly and without any hindrance as the transfer has been made in viola
