ORDER
Hon’ble Mr. Rajinder Kashyap, Member (A):
The instant OA has been filed by the applicant under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act , 1985 seeking the following reliefs: -
“(a) Call for the Record of the case
(b) Set aside and quash the impugned orders of forfeiture reduction of in service pay and with of proportionate also period of suspension not spent on duty, passed vide ANN-A as well as order of rejection of appeal passed vide ANN-B with all consequential benefits.
(c)Pass any such order (s) as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case (d) Award cost of proceedings”
FACTS OF THE CASE AS STATED BY THE APPLICANT
2. The applicant was enlisted in Delhi Police as a woman constable on 21.07.1988 and rose upto the rank of an ASI. On 05.04.2014, one Mr. Mohd Usman came to lodge a report regarding loss of purse which he found missing from pocket of his pant on 04.04.2014 when he had gone to watch a movie at PVR Naraina, he found his purse missing for which he went to the police station to lodge a complainant.
