1. This O.A has been filed under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 seeking the following reliefs:
“(i) Quash provisional merit list for selection to the post of TGT Punjabi against advertisement No.05/2023 dated 09.02.2024 issued on 06.06.2025 (Annexure A/1), to the extent whereby the respondents kept two posts of TGT Punjabi in General category kept vacant by mentioning that ESM (General-vacant-1) and PwBD (Others) (Gen-1 vacant) whereas no ESM/PwBD candidates were qualified the written test and in view of law settled by the Hon’ble Supreme Court if the horizontal reserved vacancies were unfilled and those unfilled vacancies of horizontal category were filled by vertical reservation therefore the post of Gen
