1. Since both the appeals arise out of the order dated 2.8.2018, passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Raipur (C.G.) (in brevity District Forum) in Complaint Case No. 429/2013, hence both are being disposed of by this common order.
2. The matter comes before us for the third round, which is clearly mentioned in the para 2 of the impugned order, hence we are not reproducing the said facts for unnecessary repetition.
3. The complainant had given a sum of Rs. 2,50,000 to the O.P. No. 1 and thereafter the complainant and the O.P. No. 2 entered into an agreement for finance of the tractor. The O.P. No. 2 taken signatures of the complainant and thereafter the O.P. No. 1 gave tractor to the complainant without trolley, hence the tractor cannot be operated without any trolley. The said
