O R D E R

1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 23.01.2023 seeking information on the following points:

2. Having not received any reply from the CPIO, the Appellant filed a First Appeal on 17.03.2023. FAA’s order, if any, is not available on record.

3. Due to non-receipt of any order from the First Appellate Authority, the Appellant approached the Commission with the instant Second Appeal dated 23.05.2023.

4. The appellant attended the hearing through video conference and on behalf of the respondent Mohd. Atif Alvi, CPIO, attended the hearing through audio conference.

5. The appellant inter alia submitted that his payment under the schemes mentioned in the RTI application has not been paid.

6. The respondent reiterated his written submission which is reproduced as under:-

The appellant, in his RTI Application dated 23/01/2023, inter alia, sought the information regarding to get full payment of the (1) scheme of Super B B or Star 2 Scheme of Saharayn Universal Multipurpose Society Ltd. (2) Scheme of Sahara E Shine or Sahara B Double of Sahara Credit Corporation Society Ltd. (3) Scheme of Golden-24 of Humara India Credit Corporation Society Ltd.
