ORDER
1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 11.11.2024, before the CPIO, Delhi Police, North West District, seeking information as under:
“My RTI Application is related to information on action taken and status report on my Online FIR No. 80123380/2024 dated 25.10.2024 regarding cutting and Theft of stainless steel rods of exercise bars in Motey wala park shalimar bagh of Delhi Development Authority, Delhi-110088 I lodged Online FIR's of theft on very date of seeing the theft by me itself. So, this RTI is just to know the Status and action taken on my above mentioned theft FIR's.
Infact, the information asked by me through present RTI Application should have been made available to me suo-moto,
