The present application has been filed on behalf of the plaintiff seeking exemption from advance service to defendants No. 10 (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd.), 13 (Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd.), 18 (Department of Telecommunications) & 19 (Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology) under Section 80 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 (CPC).

6. In view of the urgent ex parte relief sought, the plaintiff is granted exemption from the requirement of issuing notice to the defendants no. 10, 13,18 and 19 under Section 80 of the CPC.
