The present petition is filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 415/2014 dated 26.06.2014 registered at Police Station Jaitpur for offences under Sections 498A /406 of the Indian Penal Code , 1860 (‘IPC’), including all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. The chargesheet has been filed in the present case and subsequently Section 174A of the IPC was added.
