1. The present petition is filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 83/2021 dated 07.02.2021, registered at Police Station Burari, for offence under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code , 1860 (‘IPC’). Chargesheet in the present case has been filed under Sections 363 /376 of the IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act , 2012 (‘POCSO’).
