% 29.01.2026 CRL.M.A. 6839/2019 By way of the present application filed under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 (‘Cr.P.C.’), the petitioner seeks stay of operation of judgment dated 25.01.2019 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi (‘Family Court’) in M.T. No. 278/2018 (2004).

2. Notice on this application was issued on 01.04.2019. However, no reply has been filed by the respondent till date.

3. The court has heard Mr. Rohan J. Alva, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. Ms. Astha, learned counsel for the respondent is not available at this stage. However, Ms. Megha Singh, learned counsel has appeared for the respondent instead.

5. Mr. Alva submits, that the petitioner is defending execution proceedings filed by the respondent vidé Ex. No. 671/2025; and is likely to face coercive steps
