1. This criminal revision petition is directed against the judgment dated 30.11.2017 delivered in Criminal Appeal No 29 of 2016 by the Sessions Judge, South Tripura, Belonia affirming the judgment and order of conviction and sentence dated 16.11.2016 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Sabroom, South Tripura Judicial District in Case No PRC 27 of 2015 (WP) whereby the petitioners were convicted and sentenced as follows:
