The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:-

“i) Issue a writ of certiorari to quash the selection of the respondent No. 4 for the

ii) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to consider the petitioner for the post of Peon under the category of ST(BPL).”
