ORAL ORDER
The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayers:
"a. To issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other direction to consider the petitioner's application dated 05.02.2025 for issuance of his passport vide Annexure A and consequently issue the passport of the Petitioner.
b. Grant such other relief as circumstances and contingencies may permit, in the interest of justice and equity."
2. Heard Shri Lakshmikanth K., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Shri Aditya Singh, learned Central Government Counsel appearing for the respondent.
3. Shri Aditya Singh, learned Central Government Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that there are three crimes in which charge sheets are filed against the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner would not become entitle to a regular passport.
