These two appeals are directed against the judgment and decree dated 26.06.2009, passed in O.S. No.1646/1987 by the XV Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge at Bangalore City (CCH-3). RFA No. 1139/2009 is filed by the plaintiff in the said suit challenging the dismissal of her claim for partition and separate possession, mesne profits, and other reliefs concerning the suit schedule properties. RFA No. 1141/2009 is filed by Defendant No.5 in the said suit, contesting the rejection of her claim based on a Will purportedly executed by her grandmother Smt. Chowdamma.
