ORDER
The petitioner-accused No.2 is before this Court seeking grant of bail in Crime No.9/2022 of Thyamagondlu Police Station, Bengaluru, registered for the offence punishable under Section 20 (B) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act , (for short, 'the Act'), on the basis of the first information lodged by the informant-Sri Chikkanarashima.
