CAV ORDER
1. The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:
a. Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 21.9.2024 in No. OTS-1/357/HOT/2023- 24 passed by the 3rd Respondent vide Annexure-H.
b. Grant such other relief as deems fit in the circumstances of case and allow the writ petition with cost in the interest of justice and equity.
2. The Petitioner claims to be a Society registered under the Karnataka Cooperative Societies Act, 1959 [‘KCS Act’ for short], with the object to promote the economic interest of its members and to encourage self-help from their income.
