In Crl.P.No.14428/2024, the petitioners seek the following reliefs:

“ 1. Quash the FIR in crime No.41/2024 of Lakkavalli Police Station dated: 19.04.2024 registered for the offences under Sections 498A , 109, 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 pending on the file of Addl. Civil Judge and J.M.F.C, Tarikere, Chikmagalur in so far as Petitioners herein are concerned.

2. Grant such other or further reliefs as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice.”

In W.P.No.25410/2024, the petitioners seek the following reliefs:

“ 1. Issue writ of certiorari quashing the FIR in crime No.41/2024 dated: 19.04.2024 of Lakkavalli Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A , 109, 341, 323, 504, 506 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 pending on the file of Addl.Civil Judge & J.M.F.C, Tarikere, Chikamagalur vide ANNEXURE-‘A’ in so far as Petitioners are concerned.

2. Grant such other or further reliefs as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.”
