CAV JUDGMENT
These appeals arise out of common judgment and award dated 01.08.2013 in M.V.C.No.583/2006, M.V.C.No.7829/2005 and M.V.C.No.7828/2005 passed by VI Additional Small Causes Judge and MACT, Bangalore and judgment and award dated 11.07.2011 in M.V.C.No.7916/2005 passed by XII Additional Small Causes Judge and MACT, Bangalore.
3. On 14.10.2005 at about 1.20 a.m. when Reena, her husband Nandan Shet, mother-in-law Geetha Shet and Mahesh were traveling in Santro Car bearing Registration No.KA-04- MB-2073 near Siddeshwara Petrol Bunk, NH-48 within the limits of Kunigal Police Station, there was collision between the said car and KSRTC Bus bearing Registration No.KA-01-F-7846.
