Heard learned advocate Mr. K.S. Raghuram for the petitioner, learned advocate Mr. Pawan Kumar for learned advocate Mr. H. Devendrappa for respondent No.1, learned Advocate General Mr. K. 2. This petition, in the nature of public interest litigation, is filed by the petitioner-Sanathana Kalakshetra which claims to be a cultural society registered under the SOCIETIES REGISTRATION ACT .
