ORAL JUDGMENT
MFA Nos.4209/2025 is filed by the legal heirs of defendant No.3 and MFA No.4186/2025 is filed by defendant No.1 challenging the order dated 06.03.2025 passed on I.A.No.22 filed under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of CPC in O.S.No.2184/2008 on the file of V Additional City Civil Judge, Bengaluru City (CCH-13), hereinafter referred to as ‘the Trial Court’ for short thereby, the application filed for temporary injunction is allowed.
