JUDGMENT
The petitioner contends that she was working as a General Nurse at Fahad Medical City Hospital at Riyad earlier. On 9.5.2015, she completed her contract and returned back to Kerala. She states that she had availed a loan of 72,200 Soudi Riyals from Al Rajhi Bank, a private bank situated at Riyad. She had effected repayment and it was after closing the loan that she had returned back to Kerala. She states that on 14.5.2020 a person who had identified himself as Sohail Ahammed called the petitioner over phone and claiming himself as a recovery agent of the private bank informed her that some money is due and a warrant has been issued against her. She contends that even thereafter, on multiple occasions, several strangers called her and she was threatened. She states that narrating all these facts, she has filed Ext.P1 complaint before the 1st respondent, however, no action was taken. It is in the above fact scenario that she has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to afford adequate protection to the life and property of the petitioner and her family members.
