APPLICATION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL The petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.179/2020 of Vadanappally Police Station, for having allegedly committed offences punishable under Sections 153 A of the IPC and 66A of the Information Technology Act . The petitioner is working as an Agricultural Assistant in the Agricultural Office at Vadanappally. The complaint registered by a group of people as 'Baranagadana Samrakshana Samathy' before the Agricultural Office at Vadanapally, and 2nd responding herein alleged that the petitioner had posted something in the Facebook which promotes enmity. The copy of that complaint addressed to the Agricultural Officer is Annexure A4. The same complaint was made to the 2nd respondent also, on the basis of which the crime was registered. The petitioner anticipates bail, he has been under suspension.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and also the learned Public Prosecutor.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, the petitioner has no criminal antecedents. There is no possibility that he will abscond and he is ready to co-operate with the investigation.
