ORDER
The above review petition is filed seeking review of the judgment dated 20.03.2023 in W.P.(C) No.39002 of 2022.
2. W.P.(C) No.39002 of 2022 is filed challenging Ext.P6 order whereby licence was rejected by the local authority stating that since the request of the petitioner for grant of permit for sale of fireworks, the building in which the proposed business is intended to be conducted is a building classified as commercial, licence cannot be granted.
3. When the matter came up for consideration this Court after considering the rival contentions has opined that as per the Kerala Panchayat Building Rules , Group I occupancy comes under the hazardous activities and admittedly the storage and sale of fire crackers are hazardous activities which requires a building which satisfies the conditions of a Group I occupancy and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is prepared to make necessary application for change of occupancy and thereupon
