Exhibit P3 interim order of maintenance is under challenge in this O.P.(Crl.).

2. The petitioner is the husband of the repondent. The Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram awarded only Rs.16,000/- as interim maintenance. The petitioner is a Cardiac Thoracic Surgeon. The interim order of maintenance passed by the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram is absolutely reasonable.

I find no illegality or impropriety in the impugned order.

Accordingly, the O.P.(Crl.) is dismissed.
