This Bail Application is filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita.
2. Petitioner is an accused in Crime No.975 of 2024 of Ernakulam Town North Police Station. The above case is registered against the petitioner alleging offence punishable under Section 20(b)(ii)B of the NDPS Act .
3. The prosecution case is that, on 12.11.2024, at 03.45 p.m., the police party conducted a search in the rented room of the petitioner and 3.744 kg of Ganja was seized. Hence it is alleged that the accused committed the above said offence.
4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
5. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in custody from 12.11.2024. The counsel also submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide any conditions if this Court grant him bail.
