JUDGMENT
This Contempt Petition is filed by the writ petitioner Association complaining that the directives contained in the interim order dated 13th April, 2018 in W.P.(C) No.13768/2018, which are extended from time to time are flouted by the respondents. The said order reads thus:
“ORDER
Learned Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1, 3 and 4.
Learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the second respondent.
Post after vacation for counter or statement along with W.P.(C) No.22681/13.
In the meanwhile, the coercive action threatened under Ext.P12 series shall be kept in abeyance on condition that goods belonging to the members' of the petitioner and retained by the second respondent shall be the pledge for the amount claimed under Ext.P12 series. This order will be operative for a period of two months.
2. The interim order was being extended periodically and finally it was extended until further orders on 27.9.2019. Relief sought for in the writ petition was to quash Exhibit P12, Exhibit P12(a) & Exhibit P12(b) notices dated 4.2.2018, informing some of the members of the contempt petitioner that the 2nd respondent in the writ petition viz., M/s.National Commodity and Derivativ
