JUDGMENT
[WP(C) Nos.21969/2019, 23363/2019]
These two writ petitions are filed by rival claimants seeking appointment to the post of Headmaster/Headmistress in R.R.V.G.H.S.S, Kilimanoor, under the management of the 5th respondent in W.P.(C)No.21969 of 2019.
2. It may straightaway be noticed that the petitioner in W.P.(C)No.21969 of 2019 (Smt. S. Thankamony) has completed 50 years of age in the year 2011. The petitioner in W.P.(C)No.23363 of 2019, Sri. N. K . Vijayan Pillai, on the other hand has completed the age of 50 years in the year 2013, though he was having the required test qualifications as prescribed under Rule 44A of Chapter XIVA of ER , from June 2005 onwards. The 6th respondent in W.P. (C)No.21969 of 2019, Smt. Jalaja, has completed 50 years of age in 2010.
