These bail applications are filed under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (for short ‘ BNS S ’). 2. Petitioner in B.A.No.5743 of 2025 is the first accused, petitioner in B.A.No.5488 of 2025 is the second accused and petitioner in B.A.No.6121 of 2025 is the third accused in Crime No.154 of 2025 of Irinajakakuda Police Station, Thrissur, registered for the offence punishable under section 108 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita , 2023 (for short ‘ ’).
3. According to the prosecution, between 10.00 p.m on 22.01.2025 and 08.15 a.m., on 23.01.2025, the cousin of the de facto complainant by the name of Sri.
