J U D G M E N T
The petitioner, who constructed a building based on a building permit secured from the 3rd respondent Panchayath on 02.03.2018, has approached this Court, being aggrieved by Ext.P4 order passed by the 4th respondent, rejecting the application for regularisation of the building and also against Ext.P8 demand notices requiring the petitioner to pay building tax at three times of the normal rate, as the building is allotted with unauthorised number. The facts that led to the filing of this writ petition are as follows:-
