Questions of seminal importance call for resolution in the captioned review petitions filed seeking review of the common judgment dated 4.11.2011 passed by this Court in O.P.(CAT).Nos.20, 21 & 142, of 2010 and W.P.(C).No.29029 of 2010. As per the said common judgment, a Division Bench of this Court dismissed the original petitions and also the writ petition and the petitioners herein who were the official respondents before the Tribunal were directed to comply with the common order passed by the Tribunal within the time stipulated therein. Further, it was directed to fill up all the vacancies which were existing during the period when Assistant Director 2 (Official Language) Recruitment Rules, 2002 was in force, in accordance with the said Rules and the remaining vacancies were directed to be filled up from among persons who came out successful in the Limited Internal Competitive Examination conducted as per the Rajabhasha Adhikari Recruitment Rules, 2005. The review petitioners unsuccessfully challenged the common judgment before the Apex Court. The Apex Court, as per order in SLP (Civil) No.8575/2012 and connected matters, dismissed the SLPs as per order dated 2
