JUDGMENT Dated this the 09th day of September 2025 This original petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuing a direction to the Principal Munsiff Court, Thiruvananthapuram to dispose of O.S No. 25/2020, in a time-

bound manner.

2.A report was sought from the trial court, and the trial court has submitted that the commission report had been filed. However, the same was remitted back upon an application filed by the parties. Hence, the commission report was awaited as on 08.09.2025, and the trial court has sought time to dispose of the matter.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the original petition is disposed of with a direction to dispose of O.S No. 25/2020 within six months from the date of the completion of the pre-trial steps.
