JUDGMENT
M.B.Snehalatha, J In this appeal, appellant/husband assails the judgment and decree of Family Court, Ernakulam, in O.P.No.2118/2020 by which it granted a decree of divorce sought by his wife on the ground of cruelty under Section 10 (1)(x) of Divorce Act, 1869 .
2. The parties shall be referred to as petitioner and respondent as in O.P.No.2118/2020.
3. The Original Petition was filed by the wife contending that her marriage with the respondent was solemnized on 9.7.2017 as per Christian religious rites; that her matrimonial life with the respondent was very uncomfortable from the beginning itself; that on the wedding day itself, respondent insulted her sisters and relatives during photo session and he behaved in a rude manner.
