The appellant, who is a Junior Language Teacher (Arabic) in V.K.S.N.M. Aided L.P.School under the management of the 6th respondent Manager, has filed this writ appeal, invoking the provisions under Section 5 (i) of the Kerala High Court Act , 1958, challenging the judgment of the learned Single Judge dated 03.07.2025 in W.P.(C)No.10763 of 2025. The appellant-petitioner filed the said writ petition, seeking a writ of certiorari to quash Ext.P1 order dated 20.03.2024 of the 6th respondent Manager, whereby he has been placed under suspension in connection with registration of a crime under the provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act , 2012 (POCSO Act), Ext.P2 show cause notice dated 18.04.2024 issued by the
