These Writ Petitions challenge the Revenue Recovery proceedings initiated against the petitioners for recovery of amounts due to the Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB). Since the subject matter is the same and common questions arise for consideration these Writ Petitions are heard and disposed of together by this common judgment.
