JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:
“i) issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, calling for the records leading to Ext.P4 order and quash the same.
ii) Declare that the of 4.5 ares of property in Re.Survey No. 129/1-26 and 7.48 ares of property in Re. Survey No. 129/1-27, totaling to 11.53 ares of property in Block No.061 of Madakkathara Village, Thrissur Taluk in Thrissur District owned by the petitioner, is not liable to be included in the Ext.P2 databank.
iii) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 1st respondent to remove of 4.5 ares of property in Re. Survey No. 129/1-26 and 7.48 ares of property in Re. Survey No. 129/1-27, totaling to 11.53 ares of property in Block No.061 of Madakkathara Village, Thrissur Taluk in Thrissur District, from Ext. P2 data bank.
iv) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 1st respondent to reconsider Ext.P3 application in Form No. 5, after obtaining a report from the 4th respondent KSREC, and in the light of the Judgments in Adani Infrastructures and Developers Pvt. Ltd. V. State Kera
