JUDGMENT Devan Ramachandran, J.
The petitioner challenges Ext.P10 order of the learned Family Court, Ernakulam, but only within a very small compass.
2. Sri.T.Naveen – learned counsel for the petitioner, explained that his client has been constrained to approach this Court only because, even though he had also asked for weekend interim custody of his children, it has been denied to him. He prayed that this Court be pleased to grant him the same, modifying the impugned order.
3. Smt.Pramaja D. Nair – learned counsel for the respondent, submitted that her client has no objection in the petitioner – father being given interim custody of their children on a couple of weekends every month; but prayed that he be directed to be in Ernakulam and not to take the children to Chennai or anywhere else.
