The appellant is the 8th respondent in W.P.(C)No.39367 of 2025, which was on filed by the respondents 8 and 9 herein- petitioners, invoking the writ jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorari to quash Ext.P13 order dated 30.08.2025 of the 3rd respondent Joint Registrar of the Co-operative Societies (General), Kottayam; a declaration that the 8th respondent-auction purchaser (appellant herein) is not entitled for confirmation of the sale conducted pursuant to Ext.P3 sale proclamation dated 29.12.2023 as
