The appellant is the 8^th respondent in W.P.(C)No.39367 of 2025, which was on filed by the respondents 8 and 9 herein- petitioners, invoking the writ jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorari to quash Ext.P13 order dated 30.08.2025 of the 3^rd respondent Joint Registrar of the Co-operative Societies (General), Kottayam; a declaration that the 8^th respondent-auction purchaser (appellant herein) is not entitled for confirmation of the sale conducted pursuant to Ext.P3 sale proclamation dated 29.12.2023 as there are procedural irregularities; a writ of mandamus commanding the 4^th respondent Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies (General) to consider and pass orders on Ext.P11 application dated 05.11.2024 and Ext.P14 petition dated 29.07.2024, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court; a declaration that the petitioners are not liable to be proceeded against under Ext.P1 award dated 19.11.2014 in A.R.C.No.150 of 2014, Ext.P2 award dated 19.11.2024 in A.R.C.No.151 of 2014, Ext.P3 sale proclamation dated 29.12.2023, Ext.P5 communication dated 30.01.2024 and Ext.P8 receipt dated 01.03.2024
